The initial
training of your personnel is of an utmost importance to the success
of your installation. We strongly recommend that two customer
representatives be trained on each of your software applications.
We also recommend that an officer or senior manager be involved in
the training process.
As a
prerequisite, we ask that all class attendees be familiar with basic
hardware operations. During the installation cycle, customers
will receive copies of “customer visit reports” summarizing training
hours per visit.
