Preferred Service Plan

Preferred Service is a support-billing plan in which support hours are prepaid.  Prepaid hours are “credited” to your account.  You will receive a notification of the hours you’ve used with periodic statements telling you how much you have used and how much you have remaining.  Support calls are billed to the nearest ¼ of an hour.  Preferred Service has the following advantages:

● Preferred priority.  Companies on a Preferred Service contract will receive a higher priority in resolution of their calls.

● Lower rates.  By prepaying, your support rates are lower than our standard rates.

Preferred Service may be used for any telephone/remote support service provided by Management Concepts, Inc. Once you purchase Preferred Service hours, they are yours to use as you like until they are used up.

● Periodic statements showing usage, call details, and hours remaining.

● Remote connection support (Internet and Modem)

Discounts based upon prepaid fee 

Preferred Service is a very flexible plan and it can be tailored to fit your needs. Other vendors are charging $150.00 - $300.00 plus per incident to help resolve a problem. Preferred Service can be as low as $35 depending upon the amount of prepaid coverage and the time used to solve the issue. 

With Preferred Service, you decide when to use our support, and how much you want to use. Better yet, an investment in Preferred Service remains available for use when you need it, be it weeks, months or even years away!
