Management Concepts, Inc. This support
service enables users to receive information on the operational use
of software, assistance in identifying and verifying suspected
errors or malfunctions in the software, and advice or suggestions on
“work arounds” for errors or malfunctions whenever possible.
Unlike many solution providers our experienced support staff
actually answers the phone. Your problem will never be logged
for the "next available technician" to handle.
On-site Support
On-site support visits can be provided by
Management Concepts, Inc. training or technical
personnel by calling or writing our office. Visits need to be
scheduled as far in advance as possible. Visits are subject to
availability of personnel and are chargeable if not contracted for.
Site Review
As a clients business needs change, and in a continuing attempt to
maximize a customer’s resources,
Management Concepts, Inc. can provide site reviews
to our clients. Through the use of environmental software and
hardware tools “systems usage and capacity planning” can be
determined. A formal written report, along with
recommendations on the systems and software performance is the
by-product of a site review.
