Software Modification Services

Custom program modifications are available on a contract or time and materials basis.  Lead times for the completion of custom modifications are an estimate that begins upon customer acceptance of a program definition and a receipt of a contract and a 30% down payment of the cost of the modification.

Upon completion of internal testing the software will be delivered for customer testing.  Since we do not have access to customer databases or specific business expertise, it is necessary to have the customer review the modification and give final acceptance.

It is almost impossible to find all possible problems with a modification during a short review process;  that's why Management Concepts provides a 30 day warranty on the modification, after final acceptance.  That means you get to use the software in your working environment for a whole month to make sure that it is working properly.
